Nic is thrilled to announce he’ll be making his Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning musical The Book of Mormon, playing now at the historic Eugene O’Neill Theatre. Nic will be serving as the standby for Elder Price.
Composed by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone alongside Avenue Q’s Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon is the hit of the Broadway season, having won 9 Tony Awards. The show tells the story of two young Mormon missionaries sent to a remote village in northern Uganda, where a brutal warlord is threatening the local population. Naive and optimistic, the two missionaries try to share their scriptures -- which only one of them knows very well -- but have trouble connecting with the locals, who are worried about famine, poverty, and AIDS.
For show information, as well as to purchase tickets, make sure to visit the website at www.godsfavoritemusical.com.
